What is your returns policy?

We hope that you love your Boma54 order. However, if that’s not the case you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item and get a refund. 

Do you offer free returns?

At this moment, you are responsible for the handling and return cost of your items. 

Please note, we will only cover the cost if at the date of receipt your item was faulty and you contacted us within the 48 hours to report. 

Unfortunately any damaged or lost returns are not liable for a refund or replacement. We will return the item back to you. 

Can I exchange a product?

We can’t offer exchanges at the moment. If you wish to receive a new item, please send the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order on our site. 

When will I know that my return has been delivered?

If you believe your order has been returned, and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at info@boma54.com with your tracking number  and we will advise on how to proceed. 

How long will it take to receive my refund back?

We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund, to reflect in your account. 

Will I be refunded for shipping?

We only refund your shipping if your order arrived damaged or faulty. Please ensure to follow the below steps if you wish to report a fault or damaged item in order to receive your full refund.
