Can I cancel or update my order?
If you wish to cancel, please email us at info@boma54.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once your order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you within 3 – 5 business days. For order above £100, you will receive a tracking number within your shipping confirmation to update you on the status of your item(s)
My order has arrived damaged or faulty, what should i do?
We carefully inspect every item before fulfilling and dispatch. If you do think an item is faulty, then please contact us at info@boma54.com within 24 hours of receiving your item, and send detailed description of the fault with accompanied photos of the item and packaging. We will then advise on how to proceed.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Please contact us at info@boma54.com with your order number and gift note as soon as you have placed your order and we will include the note with the order.
