How to clean the bowls?

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your bowls, we recommend hand washing your bowls with mild soap, warm water and dry thoroughly.

Are bowls microwave safe?

The bowls are not microwave-safe. Please refrain from using them in the microwave to prevent any damage to the material or finish.

Are the bowls heat friendly?

Please do not put the bowl directly on top of a burner, or in the oven. However, they can be used to serve hot food.

How to clean the baskets?

Scrub any marks gently with a fine bristled brush, a little warm water and a gentle soap. Allow to dry in a well ventilated area out of the sun.

How to reshape?

Your baskets are shipped already shaped. However, if you want to reshape it, immerse the basket in water for 60 seconds, avoid getting the leather wet.

Allow the basket sit for a couple of minutes to allow water to penetrate the straw. Then, play around with the shape until you are satisfied with the outcome.

Let the basket dry, undisturbed, out of the sun or in a dry place.

Do the colours fade?

The dyes on the Baba Tree Baskets are susceptible to fading in the sun. Avoid placing your baskets in spaces that have direct sunshine for a long lasting vibrant look.

Use food safe mineral oil when required to revive the natural finish of the wood.

Are the cushions and table linen machine friendly?

For all the cushion covers, table linen, home-linen (not stuffed), accessories in stripes and tie&dye fabrics, you can machine wash them at 40°C.

How to clean the inner cushion?

We recommend dry clean only.
